Terms of use
These terms apply to the website, the game SportSphere and all related services. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Provider

2. Test phase
SportSphere is in a free test phase. During test seasons, progress, statistics and in-game balances may be reset at the end of a season, and test seasons may be repeated until we announce the first official season. We announce resets at least 7 days in advance. Cosmetic items, your account and your identity are kept unless stated otherwise.
3. Account
- One person, one account. Do not share your account or let others play on it.
- Keep your password and two-step authentication secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Chat with other players is available from age 15.
4. Fair play and conduct
- No cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, multi-accounting or arranging results.
- No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats or sharing other people's personal data.
- Never post wallet addresses, recovery phrases or offers to trade for real money in chat. Messages containing them are blocked, and repeated attempts lead to temporary chat restrictions and, after a third breach, to account review.
- We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can appeal by email.
5. In-game tokens (SST) and spheres
During test seasons SST and spheres have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold for money and are reset as described above. They are not an investment and give no claim against us. Any future option to buy or trade SST will be offered only after the legal requirements are met, with separate terms and a published crypto-asset white paper.
6. Content you create
You keep the rights to content you create (club names, crests, texts). You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to show it in the game and on our channels while the service runs. Do not upload content you do not have rights to, including real club logos.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it during the test phase. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise liability is limited as far as the law allows. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the settings or by email. We may close accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
9. Changes
We announce changes at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
10. Law
Slovenian law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
